Every order is picked, packed and dispatched from our United States facility. This policy sets out the destinations we serve, the delivery services available, the charges that apply, the timeframes to expect, and what happens if a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost.

01Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We also deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses, and to PO boxes where the service selected supports them.

We do not ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders or parcel consolidation services. An order to an address we cannot serve is cancelled and refunded in full, and we tell you before doing so.

02Dispatch times

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays. During a sale period or immediately after a public holiday, dispatch can take one additional business day, and we say so on the site when that is the case.

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed. A three to six business day service dispatched on a Friday will usually arrive the following week.

03Services and charges

Charges are calculated per order rather than per item, and the exact amount for your address is shown at checkout before payment.

  • Standard ground, three to six business days. $6.90, or free on orders over $75 delivered within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited, two to three business days. $14.90 regardless of order value.
  • Two-day air, two business days. $24.90 regardless of order value.

The free shipping threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discount and before tax. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses use standard ground only, take longer, and are not covered by the free shipping threshold.

04Tracking

A dispatch confirmation with a tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to twenty-four hours to show its first scan, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If tracking has not updated for five consecutive business days, contact us through the store and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

05Multiple parcels

Larger orders are sometimes split across more than one parcel, particularly where a monitor stand or a storage box travels separately from smaller items. Each parcel has its own tracking number and they may arrive on different days.

You are never charged more than once for delivery because an order was split. If part of an order arrives and the rest has not appeared within three business days, contact us.

06Delivery attempts

Carriers leave parcels at the address without a signature unless the value of the order requires one. Where a signature is required and nobody is available, the carrier leaves a card and reattempts, usually the next business day.

After the carrier's final attempt the parcel is held at a local depot for collection, and returned to us if uncollected. Where a parcel returns to us because delivery attempts failed or the address was incorrect, we refund the order less the outbound delivery charge, or resend it once you have confirmed a corrected address and paid the new delivery charge.

07Incorrect addresses

Check the delivery address carefully before paying. We can correct an address only before the order is dispatched, so contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.

Once a parcel is with the carrier the address cannot be changed by us. A parcel delivered correctly to the address you supplied is treated as delivered, and any re-delivery to a different address is a new delivery charge.

08Delays outside our control

Severe weather, carrier network disruption, road closures and public holidays can extend delivery beyond the estimate. Estimated timeframes are working estimates from the carrier, not guarantees of a fixed date, unless a guaranteed service is stated at checkout.

Where a delay is caused by such an event we keep you informed and pursue the carrier, but we are not able to refund a delivery charge for a delay that was outside our control and the carrier's.

09Damaged parcels

Inspect the parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where you can, and photograph the contents afterwards.

Report damage within seven days of delivery with those photographs. We replace a damaged item at no cost, or refund it in full if a replacement is not available. You will not be asked to pay return shipping on a damaged item.

10Lost parcels

A parcel is treated as lost when tracking shows no movement for ten business days after dispatch, or when the carrier confirms the loss.

We open a claim with the carrier and, once the loss is confirmed, send a replacement at no charge or refund the order in full, whichever you prefer. Where tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and around the property first, then contact us within seven days so we can request the carrier's proof of delivery, including the GPS record where available.

11Order changes and cancellation

An order can be changed or cancelled at any point before it is dispatched. Because most orders are dispatched the same day, the window is short, so contact us as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, an order cannot be recalled and must be handled as a return under the Returns and Refunds policy.

12Title and risk

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you supplied. Ownership passes when the order has been paid for in full.
