Terms of Service
The conditions on which you may use this site and buy from it, when a contract forms, and how disputes are handled.
These terms govern your use of the Commertrix Hub website and every purchase made through it. By browsing the store, adding an item to the cart or completing an order, you accept them. Read them alongside the Shipping and Delivery, Returns and Refunds, and Payment and Billing policies, which form part of the same agreement.
01Who we are
Commertrix Hub is an online retailer of desk and workspace accessories serving customers in the United States. The business was established in 2026 and trades solely through this website. We do not operate physical stores, sell through third party marketplaces, or run a trade counter.
Where these terms say we or us, they mean Commertrix Hub. Where they say you, they mean the person or business placing an order or using the site.
02Using this site
You may browse the store, read the material on it and place genuine orders. The site, its text, photography, layout and code belong to us or are used with permission.
- Do not copy substantial parts of the site's content, design or code for use elsewhere.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, harvest or replicate the catalogue.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the store, probe it for weaknesses or bypass access controls.
- Do not place false or fraudulent orders, or orders intended for resale where we have said resale is not permitted.
We may refuse service, cancel an order or restrict access where any of the above occurs.
03Products and descriptions
Product pages state the material, the finish options, the external dimensions and the intended use of each item. Those pages are the authoritative description of what is being sold.
Photography is intended to represent the product accurately, but screens vary and a finish may look slightly different in person. Where an image shows a product alongside other objects to indicate scale or context, those other objects are not included unless the page says so.
We keep the catalogue small on purpose so that every item can be described precisely. If a description turns out to be wrong, the remedy is set out in the Returns and Refunds policy.
04Prices
All prices are in United States dollars. Prices are shown excluding sales tax and delivery, both of which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. The total on the final checkout step is the amount charged.
Prices can change at any time. A change takes effect when it appears on the site and does not alter an order already confirmed. Where a price is displayed in obvious error, the treatment of that error is set out in the Payment and Billing policy.
05When a contract forms
Adding an item to the cart reserves nothing. Submitting an order at checkout is an offer to buy, and the confirmation screen and email acknowledge that we have received it.
The contract forms when we dispatch the item and send a dispatch confirmation. Until that point we may decline the order, for example where the item is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, where the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or where a fraud check fails. If we decline, any amount taken is refunded in full.
06Stock and availability
Stock levels shown on the site are kept current, but the catalogue and the warehouse can fall briefly out of step when several people order the same item at once.
If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we tell you promptly and offer the choice of waiting for the restock, substituting a comparable item, or cancelling that line for a full refund. We never substitute an item without asking first.
07Delivery, returns and payment
Delivery destinations, service levels, timeframes and charges are set out in the Shipping and Delivery policy. Your right to return an item, the condition it must be in and how refunds are paid are set out in the Returns and Refunds policy. Accepted payment methods, taxes and billing errors are covered in the Payment and Billing policy.
Those three documents form part of these terms. Where a specific policy and these general terms differ on a point of detail, the specific policy governs for that point.
08Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you believe it has been used without your permission. You are responsible for orders placed through your account where you have not taken reasonable care of your credentials.
We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks raised without first contacting us.
09Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Where we fail to do that, the remedies in the Returns and Refunds policy apply.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our products are desk accessories intended for ordinary indoor use. Weight limits and intended purpose are stated on the product page, and using an item outside that purpose is at your own risk.
10Availability of the store
We aim to keep the store available, but access cannot be guaranteed. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault at the hosting provider or elsewhere on the network. We may change, restructure or withdraw any part of the store or catalogue at any time.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to raise the concern in writing and attempt to resolve it directly. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top of the page records when the current version took effect, and continued use of the site after that date indicates acceptance.
The version in force when you placed an order governs that order. A later change never alters the terms of a purchase already made.
